The L124 , L124-15 articles of
the highway code and the decree of June 6 1990 give
the possibility to any driver who lost the validity
of his or her driving licence, for lack of points, to submit
himself or herself inter alia examinations and to its expenses with
a psychotechnical examination .
IF THE TEST REVEALS POSITIVE, THE CANDIDATE CAN
RECOVER THE VALIDITY OF HIS OR HER DRIVING LICENCE.
