> About A.S.C.U.R. France A.S.C.U.R.
France is an approved organization of continuous trainings
created in 1993.
The national head office is located in Neuilly sur Seine.
The new orientation of the policy of road safety
adopted in 1981 aims in particular, by mobilizing and
helping the territorial communities (owners of the greatest
part of the road network) to decline the national policy
at the local level.
With this intention, the state initiated the set
up of programs, such investigations REAGIR (Today A.G.I.R.
, Act) allowing a better knowledge as regards accidents;
Its also takes part in the development of the local
actions by the means of the departmental plans of road
safety .
But the mobilization of the local actors passes
also by the coordination of the various contractual
policies including a road safety portion (cls, cle...)
and, more largely, by the support brought to the campaign
to heighten public awareness directed by the majority
of the civil society actors. (such as project “label
Vie”).
